Jose Mª Cano

José Mª Cano is a founding partner of CANO & CANO LAWYERS.

He is a graduate of law from the Complutense university of Madrid and has a Masters in Corporate Legal Consultancy from CREMADES & CALVO-SOTELO.

He has spent many years dealing successfully with bank guarantee proceedings (contracted by developers and delivered to purchasers of properties which have not been completed or have been handed over late or with defects), civil judicial proceedings such as termination of contracts, evictions, contractual and extra-contractual civil liability claims and debt claims.

He advises foreign investors in the purchase of real-estate and deals with loans, bank contracts and settlement of Inheritance Taxes and of Non-Residents Taxes.
