Manuel Macías

Manuel has a Double Degree in Law and Business Administration from the University Carlos III of Madrid. In addition, he holds a Postgraduate in Legal Practice and a Master in Decision Making & Innovation.

During his career, Manuel has worked for some of the most renowned companies in the industry such as Deloitte Legal, where he worked as a lawyer and advisor to banks and investment funds in connection to the purchase and sale of real estate asset portfolios.

At Cano & Cano lawyers Manuel renders his services and expertise in the fields of construction, urban and banking law among others, offering comprehensive advisory to foreign investors in the acquisition of real estate, which includes urban due diligence, drafting and negotiation of contracts, tax efficiency, bank financing as well as commercial and corporate strategies.

Manuel speaks Spanish, English and Italian.
