David Sánchez

David holds a Law degree from the University of Malaga and a postgraduate degree from the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía in Madrid.

In his professional career, David has worked as head of a real estate legal department and as an in-house lawyer for an important construction company on the Costa del Sol. This experience has allowed him to specialize in real estate and construction law, offering advice and study of all types of operations of this nature: sales and purchases, turnkey contracts, refurbishment contracts, etc.

In addition, David has also worked for a notable law firm in the past, an experience that gave him the opportunity to represent a large number of diverse clients, not only in real estate transactions, but also in court, and mainly in civil and contractual proceedings. He is speaks Spanish and English.
