Ángel Zurita

Angel Zurita holds a Double Degree in Law and Administration & Business Management from the University of Granada and a Master’s degree in Legal Business from Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) – Universidad a distancia de Madrid (UDIMA).

Angel has extensive experience in Commercial Law having previously worked not only for a law firm but also as an in-house lawyer for an international hotel chain.

His professional skills have so far mainly focused on rendering general legal advice to corporate entities as well as private individuals including, among others, contract revision, the overseeing of several financial operations and the planning and implementation of structural modifications and corporate restructuring, the purchase and sale of companies or assets, legal auditing control, the handling of extrajudicial negotiations and transaction agreements,
